DRC/Maintenance Committee:
- Ensure all new development & exterior design changes within VLHA comply with the requirements of VLHA declarations
- Responsible for the review, approval or rejection of all architectural and landscape improvements within the Village
- Inspect improvements for compliance
- Enforcement management

Finance Committee:
- Review the monthly financial statements of the Association including income, expenditures & investments
- Prepare the annual budget
- Make financial recommendation for Board approval

- Maintain the quality of our community through monitoring the performance of our outside contractors, approve bids/contracts, oversee the Property Manager and is responsible for improvement projects

- Educates and disseminates information to the community and plans social events
